Here are the rules for the Coolest Lure Contest.
They are very basic, but please be sure to give them a quick read,
so you'll understand them before entering into the competition.
1 - All competitors must be a member of TackleUnderground.com. If you're not a member but want to compete, please visit TackleUnderground.com and sign up for an account. It's easy and only takes a minute to do.
2 - All entries must be your own work. They cannot be done by a friend or relative and submitted by a member of Tackle Underground.
3 - Judging will be done by an independent panel of judges. Entries will be judged on Overall Appearance, Originality, Complexity of Construction & Quality of Finish
4 - You may submit entries into as many categories as you wish, however only one entry per category will be allowed and only one photo of your entry is allowed. Multiple photos or multiple entries is grounds for disqualification.
5 - Photos of your entry should show only one lure, or multiple photos of the same lure at different angles (in a collage format)! The only lure in your photo should be the one you wish to enter for judging in the contest. Photos showing multiple different lures will be promptly deleted.
6 - As noted above, submissions in multiple categories are allowed, but an individual can only win one award for the contest as a whole.
7 - Entries must be submitted during the time period mentioned on the main Lure Contest page. No late entries will be accepted.
