has anyone heard from Bob?

I ordered a 706 craw mold with laminate plate on Jan 22 and still haven't received a shipping notification. I heard it was gonna be a month or so, and now I'm going on week 7 almost... Wish i would have known this before ordering...

Go after him for your money guys. I went to my bank told them what the deal was they put a dispute on the charges i got every penny back. My bank classified this as fraud. This guy is ripping people off big time for thousands and thousand of dollars the word needs to be spread about this guy. 

 

i have contacted a lawyer in phoenix and am going to give him one last chance to contact me before I file a law suit, although it will take a little time he is going to have to come up with the legal fees as well. hope he comes good before this has to happen as I really need the molds I ordered

 

I tried to email him and call him several times and never got a response.

What is Bob's company name

I placed an order last week and haven't been able to get ahold of anyone. Talked to another guy who went by his shop and said the door was closed and locked and didn't seem anyone was there. Hoping I can get ahold of someone eventually. 

I've been waiting since Nov. when I sent an email about custom work, he responded in about a week. I just sent another email last night hoping for an update. I'll post when/if I hear back.

It took just as long last time I ordered from there so it's nothing I'm worried about yet. But then I haven't spent anywhere close to $4500. 

Placed an order on Jan 16th, after numerous emails, facebook messages and unable to leave a voice mail on the phone, I finally resorted to contacting my credit union. They disputed the charges, refunded my money back and gave Bob 50 days to respond. I am done playing around, 10 weeks, no response no thanks he can keep the molds. I seriously think something happened to him because after all the rave reviews on this site he should have responded to someone recently.

I guess I am in the same position.  I ordered moulds on January 17th and have not heard a thing.  I realize that he seems to take a long time to fill orders but only spent a fraction of $4500.  Too bad, nice product but will have to dispute the charges as well.

Disputed my charges and got a refund within 24 hours. Sad really as I really would like his product. I am not chasing people to spend my hard earned money!

His phone is now out of service. Not good.

I tried calling him as well... now I'm looking to find the 4" BT Swimbait mold elsewhere. Anyone know where I can find this mold?

Thanks for the update and post bryanmc....   There is an update on the BTS store site.  To all of us; FWIW I actually spoke to Bob on Tuesday morning. Now that this update from his site is public, I feel ok discussing a little if anyone is interested. He told me in essence the same things that are disclosed on his site. From the tones in his voice, I felt he wa being honest. He DID NOT sound well at all...I won't disclose the personal stuff, but he needs support and prayer if you are so inclined.He indicated to me that he was going to have his sons helping out with the catch up and orders from now on. At least for now, I am going to give Bob the benefit of the doubt. Y'all do what YOU feel you must. 

Anyone hear back from them yet?

I have a mold and injector that has been on order and paid for since Jan 18th, let me know if you hear anything.
