I am selling my company I started from scratch in 2008, I have put in countless hours getting the company to where it is now, we have a very strong reputation for building high quality jigs and our pricing is inline with other custom jig makers. The sale of the company can just include the name, the logo's, the website, and the right to make the product, or it can include everything from molds (still all hand pour molds) all equipment, and training to make the product, plus the name, logos, and website. Really what this company needs is someone to move it to a production based model, because right now it is just scratching the surface of potential. We have a great base of customers who are very loyal and if you turn out a quality product the customers will follow the new owner. We also have one major retailer that we work with, there is so much potential for growth when you look at the retail side of things. Unfortunately I am not going to be able to get it to reach its full potential, I have a retail tackle and bait shop that I operate also and I can no longer split time between the 2 business'. I feel the business is worth much more than what I am selling it for, if you figure out an hourly rate of what I have into it I am getting paid under a $2 hour on the sale, but I need to do something and shutting it down just doesn't seem right after all the hard work that went into getting it to a point of profitability.
My email is cdemars316@yahoo.com and I am getting together all the financial numbers from last year at this point. I want to keep this discreet in the beginning so please email for more info.
