I like it BTH. Looks very good, first one or not ! Bill appears a bit long. How does she swim?

Swims good enough... What i learned from this one is how important proper ballast is... This one would be even better with a little weight behind the belly hanger. It has actually caught a fish though so as usual, the bass have the final vote!!

Congratulations on the catch! I remember your post. So this is 001. Glad you got the the photo issue resolved. I should have been more specific with my question. I would like to know what kind of action she is producing? Tight, narrow or a slow wide action? Thank you for sharing your work!

The action is fairly tight without a lot of vibration. Again, the lack of proper ballast has a good bit to do with this im sure... It also is a little too bouyant and returns to the surface fairly quickly. I learned so much from building this lure that despite all its flaws it is a huge success !! I have retired this one and will frame it along with a photo of its catch!!
