9 inch Slopehead jerkbait

I tried a couple new colors. the gills stuff on the belly is orange pearl, but it actually looks more reddish-orange to me. And the green is British metallic green over silver base.

Unweighted;glass rattles.

I like the design of this jerk; with its round tapering body it should slip and then grab with a lot of pronounced hook in a muskie's mouth, while still keeping a big bait profile. I always consider the wood to hook ratio on big jerkbaits, and this one definitely puts the odds for a solid hookset in the angler's favor. As per usual on Vince's lures, this one is beautifully done!!
