Good job. Cabo San Lucas or San Jose Del Cabo? Got back from the latter about 6 weeks ago. Going back for 3-4 weeks in Nov.

I usually stay at one of the Solmar hotels and fish the pacific side but I have been checking out some places in San Jose. Trying to get out in the next couple of weeks. I discovered surf fishing about a year ago and it is a far better than inhaling diesel fumes and waiting around on the back of a boat for a fish to bite.

Next couple of weeks ... lucky dog! Totally agree about beach vs boat. 

 

Take along a lighter outfit to San Jose. Great fun with those 1-5# jacks. The beach in front of the turtle sanctuary is a good spot.

Now, I definitely need to get out in the next couple of weeks because the airline I work for is ceasing operation to Cabo. Thanks for the advice, I will definitely check out your spot.
