Had a litte time so I decided to tweek my deep diver as to get it ready for production.,,,,,With a larger profile(4.25" long), added extra ballast weight, lip narrowed towards body, harmonic holes added, and added extra kick outs on lip, this bait runs as smooth as silk while effectively bumping bottom in the 12-16 ft range.

These holes produce slight harmonic vibrations/sounds under water during the retreive. They also produce a few bubbles. Both of which I believe will get you more bites. I have been experimenting with this for a while and have used my GoPro, in a swimming pool setting, to document the sounds between a lure with the holes versus one without.
