Crossword lure puzzle

I guess this lures have some stories to tell

Fun stuff,I did something similar on a smaller scale.I had problems keeping the lures sitting right.I tried velcro strips.What did you use?

The frame backing is thin paneling with a little spray glue then felt. I used straight pins through the hook eyes stuck into the wood. You can bend the pins once you mount the lures to get the angle you want.( hint: use needle-nose pliers to push the pins into the wood)
