This is a method of adding a rubber skirt to large musky spinner. The actual skirt is added using a band to hold it on a solid brass lure bodies. The shape of the body keeps the band in place. The skirt can be replaced by removing the treble hook, changing the skirt, and putting the hook back on. Comments welcomed.
