Hand carved red cedar (my first attempt). Runs shallow and had a 2 1/2# bass grab it while testing.

,,, and I use a Trevala S jigging rod with a shortened butt for peacock bass in Brazil and Colombia. A few months ago got a two pound largemouth on a bright orange eight inch woodchopper I was tuning the prop on in my back yard lake when they hadn't been hitting anything. :unsure:
