Okay, you have my attention! What is the deal with the eyes?

They're fiber optic, the kind used on gun sights, only bigger. I'm not the guy selling them on Ebay, by the way, just used the idea. There is a L.E.D. light source hidden in the box to make them brighter for the pictures but if you look at the other lure, you can see that it does transfer light pretty well. Just don't be fooled, they don't glow like that without a light on them. I'll post em again when I paint em.

Cool idea, close to the same effect as leds and can be used in tourniments. So as I understand it when light enters it it reflects back right?

The light actually flows through the fiber. You need some sort of light source to get the effect in the picture, but the fibers do transfer any kind of light through them( sunlight), just not quite as bright as the pic.

Thats what I was thinking just dident know how to put it in words ya know. I think I might try this on some of the swimbaits I am working on.
