Jann's blanks, my paint!

Blend is good, the gill needs work though. I would shoot the gill through a stencil. Keep working at it and you will be a pro like lots of guys on this forum.

And is it just me or do those janns blanks look just like a lucky craft pointer?

They are very similar to the LC pointers (and the SKT's on the cranks) but they are not precise. I have heard rumors that they are "factory seconds" and I believe it. They have nice action in the water.

Thanks for the advice on the gills. I have been hand painting and do not have a steady hand...hence the poor quality. I don't think it will deter the fish one bit, but a better appearence would be nice.
