BIG Rat! Carved from Alaskan Yellow Cedar and stained dark. Then airbrushed the belly, nose, and around the eyes. 8" body, and weighs 5oz. Very fun to make. 

 

Looks great!  I like the extra section for the tail.  It looks like it'll add a bit more action.

Thanks man! It definitely does add some more clack and action to the tail. The weight of the twist wire, screw eye, bait keeper screw and the tail itself keeps the section down in the water so it doesn't float right on top, and makes a great action. I got that idea from looking at a few people's rat builds.
