1st GLIDER

This is my first attempt at a Glider type lure..I had no desire to make anything as huge as the ones I see on here, so I made a "mini" instead..LoL..

This is 4"x3/4"x2" at 2.4oz.. Epoxy coated.. #2/0 Hooks are attached via 3X split rings to 150lb test swivels dogboned into the lure body prior to painting.. This method works great, super strong, & helps keep Ur fish from gettin' leverage & jumpin'off.. Holes backfilled w/epoxy to keep it all water tight..

I made 6 of these & all are very slow sinkers, about 4" per second or less, a couple float with backbone just barely breaking the surface..

And thats what I wanted, very slow sinking..

Painted glass eyes, plenty of color layering & stencil work and some very fine glitter dust sprinkled around too.. Pictures just dont do this one justice..
