week 3's baits

The Manns Mid 1 Minus are my version of Lemon Shad. The top one has a bit of a twist with the fins added and an orange overspray. I had been fishing the originals a couple of weeks earlier on Wateree with decent success but they were beat to heck with big white chips and just old! So the bottom one is a great match to the original with a touch more flake added and looks really sweet.

The RC 1.5 and 2.5 were the Green version originally, I just created a modified version because we all know the originals paint jobs just don't hold up well at all. I can't decide if I like the larger one where I took the scaling out onto the gills or the smaller one where there is a bit more white pearl. I like the black dots, similar to other RC color schemes but looks real good on the green.

The last RC I just wasn't wild about the original blue hue and the red throat so I oversprayed with white pearl on the top and bottom, added glitter to the finish and now I do like it.
