I have actually just started making jerks and these are the first with epoxy (envirotex) coating.

Good looking baits. Is this a wood bait? I like the raised area around the eyes and the gill bulge. Nice work!

Yes, these are wooden baits, I use 'beech' (or beuken in Dutch) wood.
