My first 'real' swimbait! smile.gif

Cut from beechwood, foiled and sprayed using an airbrush.

This one was a tough cookie, but I'll post something on that subject in the forum later.

It swims really relaxed and has a little bit of a flanking action.

I've also made a movie of the swimming action but I'll have to edit it first.

length = 9.5 inch (24 cm.)

Pete,

If I had made that lure, I'd take off the hooks and put it next to one of my buddies while he's sleeping on our next two day salt trip. This guy got bitten pretty good by a "dead" barricuda on our last trip. He'd jump out of his bunk when he woke up next to that! That thing looks real enough to bite you!
