Surface bait

Sounds to be a very interesting design to me , also a nice "out-of-the-box" paint design !

Indeed, well for me, a new type of design.

Though the bait is slow sinking it can be fished in the surface. This is what I like about the action. Cast, bait sinks slowly, then when you start bringing it in it comes to the surface. Then let it rest, it sinks a bit and then again bringing it in. Great way of fishing/action.
