New 8" jointed trout

I decided I wanted to try another version of the 4 piece trout I'd made before.

This is out of pine, the wood body is 6" long, the plastic tail (thank you Capnscully) is another 2".

It weights 3oz with the #1 Owner in the back, and a 1/0 Owner in the front.

It's a surface bait.

Hi , Mark ,

You created a very natural rainbow pattern on that nice 4 section bait , pretty fine !

That plastic tail looks a bit out of size relation , but I guess , that for a surface bait it has the great advantage of causing a bigger wake . Great job done !
