diemai 234 Posted November 8, 2008 Report Share Even when they're not hungry , this one would drive them pike nuts to strike it ! But I would not have fixed the blade arm rigid , but interlocked eye-to-eye or even detachable . greetz , diemai Quote Link to comment
mangeboy79 6 Posted November 9, 2008 Report Share Than u guys. Im gonna fish this lure in stained waterlakes. Trolling it around schools of baitfish. I hope it will produce. Diemai: I have tested both rigid and detachable arms, i think it looks cooler with rigid arm. Why would you go with detachable? Quote Link to comment
diemai 234 Posted November 10, 2008 Report Share Just thought about easier transport , less danger of hook leverage and maybe also even interchanging the blade arm to different lures ! But a blade arm that is somehow "hinged" with the tow eye would act a little different compared to a rigid one , the drag of the blades would tend to pull it backward , so one possibly would have to alter angle and shank lengths of wire arms , I attach similar blade arms to leadheads , so I found out about that ! greetz , diemai Quote Link to comment
bbduc 11 Posted November 14, 2008 Report Share Nice looking spinner. I like the paint job, actually I like all the paint jobs you do. Clean work and your finishes are beautiful. Keep those videos rolling also. Good stuff. Quote Link to comment
Snax 1 Posted January 5, 2009 Report Share Very nice! I actually used to build very similar spinnerbaits that had wooden bodies and have been thinking of doing them in plastic now. Yours is sweet!!! Quote Link to comment
