WANTED TO SHOW THIS BENT LEXAN LIP I DID WITH HELP FROM PETE!!!! His olive oil trick on the stove helps bend the lexan!! Im sure boiling water works too but oil is a whole lot faster!!

The bended lip really turned out nice !

But does it also generate sufficient noise ?

I read in a lure collectors book , that due to metal supplies shortage during World War II the "Jitterbug" lips had to be made of plastic , and fishermen were not really satisfied with them since they were too light to "shoulder" nicely into the water !
