Actually, it is not a Hazmail DNA Hinge and it does seem to have very little friction. You can see the makings of this hinge here. I thought I had an original in this one but as you can se in the second link, that is not so.

sorry blaze! is my mistake and did it because the picture wasn't clear enough to see the hinge; indeed is different and friction is lower than other hinges
