New Spoon Models

Just got done today with some models of a new spoon design of mine:) .
Asymmetrical spoons are nothing new , though , but not very common , so I've thought , why not trying my hand on such ?
So well , after some brief sketching some weeks ago I came up with my first two experimental prototypes , that I made out of 1 mm thick brass sheet , since this is easier to work on .
I was aware, that for proper function these spoons need to be somehow "twisted" within , but I wasn't sure about the attachement locations of hook and line , so I have furnished multiple holes on the prototypes .
One one model , that I have now named "The Clicking Roller" , I have furnished a slotted line tie , that I was already familiar with from an old Finnish lure .
After thoroughly testing these initial brass models in my bath tub , I found out about the best locations for hook and line tie , all the other options did not let the spoons perform well at all .
Since I was(and still I am) pretty much confident about their action , I have cut out some more 3" blanks from stainless steel sheet , approx. 1,3 mm thick .
Even made one larger 4" blank of that "Clicking Roller" and also a 4" version of the second model , that I have named "The Shaker" now .
Dead sure there are some more to come of these 4 inchers:yes: !
The shaping was a bit different to "common" spoons , but yet not a problem to me .
Prior to polishing and decorating the spoons , I have tested them all again in my bath tub , and they seem to be quite "good natured" , meaning , that they're forgiving little differences in shape , cupping and uniformity .
The "Clicking Roller" has a rolling action from one edge to the other , same time swimming in a tighter "wave" pattern and generating a metallic clicking noise , as the splitring slides up and down the line tie slot .
Attaching the hook to the inner attachement hole provides a little more action and noise compared to the rear hole , but the differences are only subtle with this model .
At very , very slow retrieve pace the spoon tends to roll over and only flutter unattractively .
The "Shaker" has a much more pronounced action , it really "butt-shakes" left and right violently , the faster the retrieve the more it does and and also gets to move already at slow speeds .
Hook and line located at the inner holes make up for the most lively action , but also let the lure rise up quicker .
The larger 4" models are even still acting "wilder" as the smaller ones , I guess , this is because of their bigger plane in the water .
Unlike "common" spoons , the vibrations of these models would certainly be clearly felt in the rod tip .
The spoons are decorated with different decal foil cut-outs , some are even "glow-in-the-dark" color , some of the blanks I have heated to glow to get them to their distinctive darker blue/brown/purple color .
Can't wait to try them on pike when our season is gonna start in May 
!
