this is my first hinge that I used for the first jointed lure made this week - is inspired from the last 2 hinges posted in the last 2-3 weeks; I saw there are some advantages on this hinge.

Interesting design, the left half of this thing doesn't look like it would be easy to make. Have you tried putting a load on it to see what happens to it if anything.
