New Mouse Spoons

About three weeks ago I have already uploaded some of this model called "mouse spoon" .

Here are some new stainless steel ones , that I got done with today , this time for my own tackle box !

I have decided to cover them with decal foil , on the chartreuse foil you can clearly see , that those foil cut-outs need to be slotted around their rim , so that the foil can be applied without wrinkles onto the cupped spoon surface , it would slightly overlap on some of those cuts , but not fold up .

The hole for the bead I have done with a scalpel knife after the foil did stick firmly .

This foil , that I ordered from "Moore's Lures"/Wisconsin , holds up quite well against the abuse whilst fishing , only had one spoon to redo after two or three seasons so far and it was PITA to peel all foil remainders off .

Sometimes only the corners of some of those rim cuts would come up due to rough bottom contacts(rocks , gravel , mussels, etc.) , so I always cut these off with a sharp knife to prevent more foil to come loose .

Center spoon is plain polished under the foil , the outer two are heated to red glow after polishing with a soldering torch to make up for their blue/brown/purple color .
