How do you rig and fish your double tailed worms? They look like a big senko with two little ones for the tail

The big fish was caught weightless. Pretty much deadsticking it. We catch fish every way possible with this thing. One of my buddy only fishes it carolina and does well. Another friend dropshots and catches a ton of fish. I fish it everyway, dropshot, carolina, texas, weightless, shaky head. I make them salted an non-salted depending on what they are used for.
