Just to clarify I'm not insinuating that it doesn't look like it should catch fish. More wondering if it has caught fish then if it has the possibility of catching fish. I probably shouldn't leave comments this late at night...

Once again awesome work!

Hi Mike,

Funny you would ask about this particular lure, LOL. I've only had this lure in the water a couple of times but it has probably been hit more times than any lure I've made. Now that's mainly because I tested in on a little stretch of the Little Kanawha river that is full of 6-10 inch rock bass that hit about anything you toss in, but due to the hook position? or the lure landing on it's back? or the fish hitting the string legs instead of the hook? it has never actually caught a fish :o. Any to make a long story short, I had other things in the works and never got back to correcting things on this little guy. I believe if I were to make one with a dangling belly hook or maybe a fixed hook coming out of each leg with the string, then I might get better results. Anyways thanks for the comments and maybe I'll revisit this lure soon.
