Very nice work! What kind of final protective coat do you use? I brush on an epoxy that is designed for jig heads. It somtimes shrinks and craks my paint so I want to try somthing else. I've heard Devcon is good but I couldn't find it at walmart but at time i didnt know it came in a tube so maybe that is why i didnt see it. Do you put your finnish over eyes too. I'd like to use somthing that you can cover eyes in too.

i use a polyurethane clear coat called LV-1 its pretty popular clear coat over here, i dont know if you will be able to get it there but its made by company called Solmaster. this things shrinks too but not horribly. yep i put the eyes always before putting the clear coat on makes the bates that much more durable
