These are based on Crane 305 / 306 model minnow baits. Actual length is about 5 1/2". There is approximately 1/2 oz of lead placed behind the belly hook. Made these (one for me and one for a buddy) for the early musky season.

Gotta hand it to the bass guys. These two are the smallest lures that I have done so far and it is quite a bit more difficult to shape and smooth the bait due to the smaller size.

Wow, you are really cranking them out lately. I'm not sure if you realize this but you are developing your own paint style. I could tell immediately from the tiny thumbnail image that these were your baits. That scale pattern is pretty cool too. It looks different than the standard laundry bag netting a lot of guys (me included) use. I like it.

Keep up the great work and good luck on your muskie opener up north.
