New jerk with new scales

Suspending jerkbait proto. Actually it ended up a slow sinker, but overall I'm pretty pleased with it. I tried a new scaling technique with this one.

awesome looking scale pattern! looks like they would be very time consuming to paint?

The scales are foil tape. Each side of the lure took about 30-45 minutes. I punched out each scale with a 1/4" hole punch and then stuck it on the lure.
