Grip: calf and stingray leather

Seat: self made, out of Macassar wood and aluminium

Reel: painted with pearl white and Porsche brown

Blank: painted in Porsche brown

Your work looks really nice, but I have to ask, with that alum in front of the foregrip, if you fight a large fish and put your hand on forgrip, won't the bow in the rod allow it to touch the alum and make a hard spot and pop the blank?
