Still in the learning process myself, those scales on the small baits are a BEAR!! I started behind the gill plate and worked my way towards the tail.

I would have thought the exact opposite.

Just shows how much I know about painting!

I started the other way when I did my lure. I don't think it really matters just try to keep them even.

I may have started on the wrong end :lol:
