  2. No flooding in Louisianna? I lived over there for about six years and can remember several "sand bag parties". Only place I've ever been that before you buy a piece of property you need to check if there is palmetto growing on it. (palmetto likes low areas with a lot of water) Ben

  4. That's a nice camera! How close you get is going to be determined by the lens that you are using. Most general purpose lens will have an MFD (minimum focusing distance) that is too long for you to get close to your lure unless you use extension tubes. One way around this is to pull the camera far enough away from the subject to get the focus confirmation beep and then crop the photo tighter afterwards. A tripod is a good suggestion, although I don't use one myself.

  5. All that was asked was how to make the color Aarons Magic. I've used Pyperx/Anchor cups without incident since the 80's. Even with the introduction of hand injection, the hand pour method method using the microwave and Pyrex/Anchor brand is still widely used. Not everybody plays with soft plastics for it's big profits. Some still enjoy it for it's art form.
