  2. I wouldn't be too "embarrassed" Hokie. It was something that was most likely out of your control and you did make good on it. You can't ask for more than that. Ben

  3. When you guys are talking about using it on wooden baits are you talking about using it as a sealer, a top coat or both? thanks, Ben

  4. Did it split along the seams? If so it could be the result of a problem in the way it was welded together or the result of incomplete fusion. I've gotten several baits wayyyyyyyyyyy to hot with a heat gun when heat setting the paint before and they swelled up like a toad frog, but none of them actually split open. I'm thinking you just got a bad one. Ben

  5. I have tried the gst on several baits and they are both soft. I hung them outside all day today in 95 to 100 degree sunlight and I am still able to mar them with my finger nail. I guess I will wait the rest of the week to see if they harden up, any tips would be appreciated.

  6. This site isn't about making or building a business. It is about tackle making and sharing info. It is about brainstorming and with that saving much time and $$$$$ by avoiding allot of trial and error. The only reason I'm commenting is because you asked not to....I always go against the grain and do not like being told what to do. If you don't want feed back don't post on a public forum. Still don't understand why you are leaving....and won't beg you to stay but if you are wanting to make tackle and are leaving, then all you are doing is cutting off your nose to spite your face. ..This forum has the most knowledge and the best tackemakers anywhere..............period!

  7. Got mine at a local Menards. For anyone who does not like a shiny bait the also had a low sheen and a satin version.
