it can be setup in 2 ways .1 for a slow steady roll set the narrow wing upfront 2 for a wider more erratic roll set the wide part infront

I´ve used 6-7" Tomics for both pike&zander here & they work ....

This setup is used when trolling & the rubberband should be as tight as it can be to hold line at place in up to 2 knots in speed .It changes the action dramatically & when fish strikes it releases from the rubberband & lets you fight the fish with less drag than with the tow eye placed high

It works on most lures preferrably shallow runners, but you have to testrun while rigging .Ít´s often used on Bomber 15A to get an erratic action while trolling for brown trouts &salmons

Lp is right its a Nilsmaster Bidgee 8 cm tuned right its a killer on brown trouts &rainbows here weetad off & you go nuts over this lure &how easy it can make a mess of your line

No ,this is a well known factory lure it´s discountinued since long though.I think it was ment to mimic a toad &it was available in both sinking &floating version .

The z lip keeps lures steady in currents .But i think many uses them because all are easily mounted in place & you can keep a fast mounting speed .For example if you have 45 lures to lip it wont take more than 60 minutes max til you are ready to move over to tuning them
