diemai the lure swims nice with a tight action sinks very slowly depending on the choice of hook
the only problem with birch is that if you use thicker material it gets abit heavy

The Irish lures is the newest of the ones you got i belive
If i were you Pete i´d weight it on the axis of movement ,this will give you the desired castingweight and still give you the same action as an unweighted lure
