I dont think you would need to seal urethaneplugs just prime &paint&coat But if you dip few times you´ll get a smooth base to paint on & if you use laquerpaints it will etch itself to the propionate And if you need some just send me a pm

I use the propionate pellets & i´ve used it as a topcoat over waterbased& laquerpaints .I like it because its so easy to use & theres no potlife to worry about All dripoffs can be used over & over again .When your bait is beatup rub/scuff it & do few dips& the bait looks brand new

When making hardbaits by injecting heated plastic you cant use a handinjector the temps are too high & you need more pressure than you can possibly get by hand. You´ll need injectors with pressurecapacity thats 10-80 tons depending on mold & what plastic you are using .

Nope Palmetto next lead is that the foil is placed over foam inside the bait and its a "killerbait" for zanders &pikes in Sweden even the brown trout loves it
