Mark, I don't know for sure...but I don't think so.Just looking at the equipment I don't think it is set up for detail work...none of the videos on you tube I've seen shows them doing detail work.The fly fisherman sure love this thing..especially the guys painting poppers...Nathan

Permanent markers will often bleed or run when certain top coats are applied.You may need to first coat with something water based to protect the marker then top coat with e- tex...Nathan

Came across this system at. http://www.copicmarker.com. Very interesting system that uses permanent markers for it's color source.I'm thinking this might be great for guys building micro baits where weight is a issue.There are several tutorials on u Tube for it...Nathan

Bill, When your working with such small baits the thin plastic from milk jugs works well for these little guys...The bills may not be clear but they are so small I don't think it makes a difference plus they are easy to shape with scissors....Nathan

Kustom...I do the same thing except I use Krylon..I hate their spray nozzle though..I use to use Rustoleum brand..but you end up with a flat can that is still at least half if not three quarters full of paint...I'll have to give the Walmart brand a try...Nathan

You may run into a problem with your concrete sealer...If Your base coat is enamel and enamels usually don't play nice with most of these sealers...you should know with in a few minutes if it is going to work...Nathan
