I was fishing for shad this weekend and didnt have any of the yellow grubs they were hitting and was the only one not catching any fishies but maybe one or two compaired to every one else catching one every 3 casts . So a guy came and handed me a grub and I cought a few and we started talking for a bit . I told him I made lures and he said he tied flies for fun but never fly fishes . We walked up the path and traded some of our goods . He said he has around 300 of these that he tied . He has no computer and just trades them to people for other fishing stuff . He had one he made on a 15/0 hook that was cool , but wouldnt trade it as he had made four and the other 3 went to his kids . I just think these are very cool . His name is Kato .

I have shipped overseas to many countries , maybe 50 over time out of the us not including canada . 99% ask it to be under a certain amout due to customs . Never had a problem with the value for customs . Del W -I always wait for payment to clear , why wouldnt you ? Whats paypal saying its not cleared? Always wait , USA or not . One thing I do let out of country customers know is I am in no way AT ALL responsible after it leaves my hands at the post office so buy at their own risk . I got back from post office today and sent some lures to Japan and Finland .

Anyone fish this lake in Nevada ? I have to make a few lures for a friend that he will be giving to his dad that fishes that lake . Does this lake have the big bass they use the big baits for ?

And actualy to be testicle , I mean technical , sellers are NOT allowed to tack on extra dollars on to the auction charge to cover paypal charges . If they say they take paypal they have to take it , unless like said above it states they cant from certain accounts . If he gives you to much junk paypal me and I will fire it to him for you and ship overseas to you . I have a couple of my regular customers that buy stuuff going over seas and go through me like that . Funny Farm goes global .

I am working with a machinist on some dies and stuff to cut my own parts , the crawler wings are the first that I will make . I have some other stuff lined up . Its just time and money now !!!

This is an original from smithwick , wieght is on the rear screweye . Mine is in the ass of the lure inbedded in the wood .

I made some out of a clear resin "stuff" cant remember what its called , railroad modelers use it for water . I used some plastic spice jars as a mold , it was ok , uses alot of the "stuff" . It was very picky on hardner ratio .

I have seen and played with his lures . I get alot of pros that dont use him any more for many reasons . His lures are awesome . I use a metal lip , he uses the lexan lip . This one is 6 inches . And heavy , almost have to put a reel on a 2X4 to cast it . But it swims nice . I am backed up close to 20 orders for these . That is what I am doing this weekend .

Is there some friendly competition ?? There is an outstanding bunch of spinner people . Cant wait to see them . I am going to have to start throwing spinners just to use one . I have 30 or so but have never used one .
