I got an email from Jerry that he got the tutorial on how to build your own drying rack. He said he would try to get it posted sometime this week. Let me know what you think of the plans, good or bad. That way I maybe can improve it to help someone out. Thanks Ken Schmitz Mylures

Deadlystreamer, I don't think you are complaining. I am just trying to give you a hard time. I am retired also and can't seem to get anything done. Too many irons in the fire at one time. Hi Coley, glad to see you aboard and I am glad you enjoyed the tutorial for half moon poppers. You can also make a jig similar for slope faced poppers. Its much the same except you need to drill a hole in at an angle instead of straight up and down. You can make this angle anyway you want it. If you have any questions, just email me. One of these days I will have to get with Jerry again and post that part in the tutorial. I am going to send Jerry some pictures to post for me. You know what they all say. The worst day of fishing is still better than the best day at work. From what it sounds like you should have waited a weekend and stayed home and tied some flies. It sure was a windy devil and alot of hard rain. I came up with a new crank over the weekend. No pictures yet as I haven't tried it out yet. I hear all of you guys and it is the truth. After 35 years I finally told them the way it is. Take this job and shove it. I just hated going to work and getting stabbed in the back. I would drink a cup of coffee and it would run right back out from all the back stabbing. Now I just have a partime job working for myself and I am happy. That is all that matters. If someone gets in my face I can tell them to get lost. Life is awesome. Get up, work if I feel up to it. Think about fishing (its to cold yet). Make a few lures or do some woodworking. Think about fishing. Take a break. Think about fishing. Take a nap. Think about fishing. Paint a few lures. Think about fishing. Take a walk down to the lake. Think about fishning. Clearcoat a few lures. Think about fishing. How am I doing guys?? Did I mention that I think about fishing alot????? Just look at the bright side, you have alot to look forward to yet and don't forget to think about fishing or just get out there and fish. Good luck fishing. Ken

You can get a nice size of netting at Walmart Craft & material section for $0.57 a yard and that will do alot of baits. Hope this helps.

Well if it will make everyone feel better,spring is right around the corner. Too speed things up alittle I called Culligan as everyone seems to be sick of the hardwater. They are going to try to help so everyone can get their boats out. G8R has an unfair advantage over us. Florida doesn't have that problem with hard water in the winter. Hi G8R, great looking site. I am glad I finally got signed up and you will see me here alot. I see some of the old group here already and that makes me feel right at home.
