Never played Golf, never was any good at pool, I have 2 tables in my basement, one of them has a ping pong top on it. I like ping pong and Foosball. No desire to start again. when I get in the woods or on the water, I think about what I need to be doing at the shop, I can't relax.My wife likes to hunt and fish. I guess making fishing lures is my hobby now, that is all we do any more. We went to Bass Pro in Springfield Missouri this summer and my wife went through just about all of the fishing lures to see how good or bad the quality was. I didn't think I would ever get her out of there. That is what she does here is QC everything.

I can't use super glue any more. I get deathly sick when around it, sinus problems. Normally I never get sick. For moving a lot of air, I have bought some inline fans from this place http://www.urbansunshine.com/hurricane-8-inline-fan I have one in my spray paint booth and another in my powder paint booth. I have a variable speed to regulate the air flow. In the spray paint booth it pulls through a 24"x24"x2" filter. I impressed with these fans, they really suck!

If the powder goes on with electrostatic properly, it does not need to be heat set before moving. If you bump it directly it will come off. but just moving the rack from painting to baking the powder will not fall off. If I would take a hammer and tap a rack full of powder coated jigs not heat set, not baked, it would not fall off. If this is the case I would say it is not grounded properly or it is not getting current.

google says an 8D nail is .134" that might be a little big. maybe some 1/8" (.125") rod would be better

thanks! I suspected static but now I would say it confirmed. I would be weighing these empty boxes to put tare weights on them and when I would reach to take the box off, the weight would change, and then when I would move my had back, it would go back to the original weight. I just thought it interesting.

I have a 1 lb counting scale. I have several plastic boxes that weigh 0.3000 lbs each. when I set the box on the scale to check the weight it reads 0.3000 if I put my hand above the box about 2 inches, the box gets lighter by 0.0010 to 0.0030 when I take my hand away it goes back to 0.3000 If I set a cardboard box on the scales without the plastic box and hold my hand over it, the weight does not get lighter. If I put my hand over the scale with nothing on the scale, it does not get lighter, does not move at all It has nothing to do with wind. this is a very sensitive scale and wind does affect it, but not in this case. why does the scale get lighter when I put my hand over the box? I don't know why, it is a mystery.

thanks, I have determined through my wisdom that is it a corrupt USPS account. I tried to create a new account and that didn't work, or I chickened out because I am sure it would make it worse. It told me that there was another account with the same address, The post master said she talked to the top person (?)and that it would be fixed today.

Update, 1 week, several emails, still does not print. I called the post master this morning, she is going to make some calls to see if she can help.

I got an email from USPS and said they have It still does not work and I tried to pay with Pay Pal and it does not work.

There is a setting in PayPal to print wihout receipt . I didn't try Pay pal yet. I use Regional Rate a lot becase it is cheaper on some things and you can't do that on PayPal or at the post office

thanks Bob, when I went to print the label, in the payment screen i got a transaction denied, I tried this 4 times and always the same error. then I called the credit card company and they said everything is fine and I had 4 charges to my account. they said the problem was the USPS, so I called the USPS and was on hold for 45 minuets and the lady said there was no problem on the USPS and said it was the credit card company refusing the credit card, I was furious to say the least. So I told the USPS lady that what do I do when I call the credit card company back and they say that it is the USPS?, USPS lady said it is not the USPS period. guess what happened when I called the credit card company back? while on hold for 45 minuets I sent an email to the USPS describing my problem and an hour later I received an email stating that they were having problems and would let me know when it is resolved, that was on Thursday. I emailed again yesterday and they said they were updating their payment process and would let me know when it is fixed. today is Saturday and no notification yet. So, I have tried to print from a different computer, I have tried a different credit card and still same problems. One positive thing, they did take the charges off of both credit cards. I am curious if anyone in the world has printed a ClicknShip label in the last 3 days? I knew calling the USPS is a disaster but it gave me time to type my email to them. I called the local post office and they don't have anything to do with the online stuff. Monday I will have to go to the post office, I don't remember ever going to the post office to ship a package. thanks for reading.

Talcum Baby Powder might work but not the same. the powder I have, it is called industrial talc. no perfume like in baby powder. Some things in baby powder could mess up the mold. i don't know what the directions you have but I assume you have to heat the mold, unknown material in the baby powder could burn or ignite and mess up the mold. I am erring on the side of caution here.

Use to 32756 was bronze and 32755 was gold, now there is no 32756, just 32755BR for bronze and 32755GL for gold

where I buy my hooks the Mustads are 30 to 40% higher than EC and last I heard the VMC will be higher than the Mustad, but that could have changed.

Well in my opinion there is not that much diff between the 3 hooks, Eagle Claw 570, Mustad 32755BR and VMC 9147BZ. My guess it is a #4. Maybe it is a #3? Just kidding on the 3. When i get back to the shop I'll post some pics of those brands of those sizes. It will be tomorrow unless someone else figures it out for you before.
