I am looking for some ball bearing swivels and some are for sale on this site. They are #2 and #3. Which size would be the best for tandem spinnerbaits. My brain is on vacation and I feel that they may be too small but can't really decide. So Cadman or smalljaw I know you guys will have the answer if some of the others don't.
Thanks in advance.
I use JB weld. I fill the cavity then start drilling and pouring until I get what I want. If I go too deep, I put JB back in the cavity and start drilling again. I have one mold that has poured several thousand heads and the JB is still holding on.
I ordered hooks from the Captain back in January. They were back ordered. Over the last 7 months they have come dribbling in. The last ones came this week.
I use Calhoun medium for everything. I have hardner and softner if I need it but rarely use it. I have the Bear's tube molds. I don't use any salt in my baits.
Try pouring slower and fill all the cavatives to the point of running over. You may also need to fashion some spru extenders. I use copper pipe joints.
Do you have any trouble with the wire snagging your line? No matter what I did they kept getting together. That is why I switched to braid on the R loop.
