  1. Guys I am wondering if there are any products in craft stores that can be used in melting soft plastics. I am looking for Colors and glitter? I have a Michaels and AC more close by. I am sorry I am guessing this has been asked before , I did several searches before asking this question.
  2. Guys I have some generic questions for tube makers: How many dips do you do? Do you dip the entire leangth? and the most important. How are you getting your tails so thick? and How are you cutting them? Thanks so much Randy
  3. I made the mistake of mixing M&F plastic with Lure Craft 500 PLastic and got a mess can these 2 be combined or did I make a mistake some where?
  4. Well boys here is my very first batch of tubes I already know a couple of ways to tweak them but this was my first attempt at it. They are green pumpkin with a splash of pumpkinseed, with black and gold flake and a hint of garlic, mmmmm yummy It is not to tough, "Ray's article" is perfect I did each one of these by hand and I am going to make a couple of changes. Please feel free to add any advice or tricks you know of to perfect this process. Thanks Randy
  5. I am wondering about when you are finished diping tubes there is going to be some left over plastic. What do you do with it? Can it be re-heated reused, recycled . Also when you are diping tubes what do you do when the plastic goes lower that you predetermined leangth of your tube?
  6. As far as finding a plastic warmer what do you use? Where and what plastics do you use? How about scents, colors and salts? Thanks again Randy
  7. I recently stumbled upon this board and I must say I am impressed. I apologize for my ignorance. I am seriously interested in making my own tube baits. The problem is I did search the forum and had little success. I was wondering are there any kits to begin the process? What equipment do I need? What extras (i.e. salt scents, ect.) How do I get going? I am clueless to the whole process are there any tutorials or a step-by-step ?recipe? to follow? Thank you for all of your help and patience
