I made some holders to hold 15" baits that work ok.They are a pain to make though.Its sort of like a home made fly tying vise clamp.Took 12" threaded rod,and band sawed a slot in the end big enough to fit the hook hanger width.Make the cut 34" from the end down the center of the rod.Then drill and tap for a cap screw about 38" from the rod end going through the slot.When you tighten the cap screw it pulls the sloted rod end together making a clamp.Sorry I dont have a picture.Hopefully someone will have an aesier solution for you.That was the first one I made,since then for my smaller baits I have been using springs and S hooks.
