Am new to this do-it-yourself tackle scheme of things and would like to get up to speed with making wire spinner baits. Any suggestions on how to sources? Thanks, -Reelcharacter

I use the threading principle on smaller bait when Panfishing. I usually use an egg sac style salmon hook then thread the Mealworm, Waxworm and even small Redworms on the hook on up the eye and onto the line. Makes for a natural looking presentation. -Reelcharacter

Glaucus, Just signed up and had to thank you for the wire spring "how to" site. Would like to try making some wire spinner baits and have been looking for info on how to get started without having to buy a bunch of equipment. Anyone have a good how to link specifically for making wire fishing lures? Thanks in advance, -Reelcharacter
