    I've notice the handle will heat up sometimes. I use 4 at a time and I've had the handle heat up on one and but not the others. Weird...

    That is the one I use. I would use the Pyrex brand if I could find them that size. I noticed my local Walmart was either out or longer carried them. I did see some at Albertsons at one time.

    Hi guys! I'm still around. Thanks for the nice words. I had to give up hand pours for awhile. It turns out I may have poured so many worms, I went through a set of eyes. I got some new glasses and now I'm ready to roll again.

    I get at least three or four emails a day from people trying to get my password for eBay and paypal. Today I got one that just about got me. I got an email from eBay that an eBay user was letting me know that payment was sent. I searched through my auctions and I could not find this eBay user as one of my customers. The email listed no auction number but it offered a link to reply in my eBay messages. I clicked onto the link and it requested my user name and password even though I was still signed on eBay. We should keep each other informed about these scams. :!:

    I just got a price quote on a custom 2 piece 20 cavity injection mold from Zorn. Let's just say the prices are "very" high if you are not dealing with Bob or Del.

    Thanks guys. These are veins poured over the top color. The top picture shows a vein that bleeds into the top color. The second picture shows one that does not.

    Try adding very small amount of blue hilite powder to your blue vein. You can even use pearl powder for a little different affect. The first photo has a blue vein with pearl powder mixed in. The second photo has a blue vein with blue hilite power mixed in.

    I got this color from Del. I used 12 drops to 1/3 cup plastic. I plan on using 6 drops next time to get a lighter color.

    I just purchased several colors from Del, though I didn't buy black. I tried his motoroil, brown and nightcrawler with great results. I also mix my colors before heating, so I don't know about the hissing.

    It has not happened to me yet, but aren't you guys worried about exploding pyrex cups. When pouring veins I use the cheap Anchor brand cups. I'm always real careful where I place them when they contain plastic. Also I never use more than a 1/3 cup of plastic when pouring with this brand of cups.
