Thanks ya-all, I almost ordered from specializedbalsa till it came to the $13 shipping fee no matter what you order. (Charge me more for the Balsa and I wouldn't feel raped by the shipping) I may have to bite the bullet and use them as there's not much else out there. Thanks again for the reply's.

My supplier went into making surf boards and I'm not having much luck finding 1/2" x 4" x 36" x hard balsa on the net. Anybody know a dependable supplier? Thanks a bunch!

The_Rookie, some use epoxy D2Ton and others use hot glue.

I tried the foamy route a while back. I went through all these negatives and finally got some decent baits. Trouble was then, they never seemed to stop gassing. I let them set for a week, two weeks and still the paint and top coat would blister and bubble. The baits looked like they had warts. So good luck to you as getting a good looking bait is only half the battle.

I have a Badger 155 and love it. I messed it up cleaning it and knocked the needle bearing out of it. Sent it back to Badger and within 7 days I had it back. A demo body (which is fine with me), a new tip, nozzle and needle. No charge, no shipping, 100% free. I'll never buy anything but Badger, customer service like that is almost unheard of these days.

I started with a Badger 155 Anthem and still have it. Last month I got a little too frisky while cleaning it and took the needle bearing out. It wouldn't even shoot water. I sent it back to Badger, told em what I'd done. They sent me a demo with new needle, tip, and nozzle free...FREE. I paid no shipping other than for the one I sent in for repair in a bubble envelope. PLUS, I had it back in exactly 7 days. To me, you just can't beat service like that.
