  1. My business was in full swing back then and M-F and Calhoun's were the absolute best plastic's available at the time. Was going through 25-30 gallons a week hand pouring only...no injecting then a sudden change occurred with Calhoun's plastic and its shipping container's around 2003....the unusable foaming Calhoun's plastic, with a HUGE!!! memory problem cost me 250,000 4" worms not to mention all the back and forth with the product and I still ended up stuck with 10 gallons that they refused to take back. Just left a very bad taste in my mouth.....250,000 4" worms I had to repour.....for free .....
  2. I still have 6 or 7 Gals of the stuff....what a foaming mess. I purchased 10 gallons of it way back in the day...used 2 or 3 gallons of it and just couldn't get rid of the bubble issue. Manu wouldn't take back at the time, so I got stuck with it
  3. 1+ The second and third to the last vent has gotta go.
  4. You can in most cases by using one of these little guys. It actually works quite well....even does a nice laminate when using it on a shooting star or blending block. http://stores.jacobsbaits.com/injector-adapter/
  5. I have Del's custom runner 20 cavity 5" stick molds and no denting issues....100% perfect baits.
  6. I'm with ya! M-F has been my exclusive plastic for 20 years....love the stuff!!! Have you tried Bj's yet?
  7. Noticed the link has changed. Here is the updated one. http://www.pouryourownworms.com/Hot-Chartreuse-Powder-2oz-Jar-703HC-2oz_p570.htm
  8. Brand X just cost me $190 for 5 gals shipped ($38/gal). I might have to give Bj's a test run to see how it compares @ $25/gal
  9. For 5" sticks....360 for most injection molds and 400 for hand pour per. Gallon
  10. Your link is showing Coated Particle board. Not sure how well that will hold up.
  11. My bench tops are made with MDF sealed with cork sealer....made them back in 1996 and they are holding up great!
  12. I prefer to cook my scent in. I add my scent right into my 5 gallon containers as soon as I receive them from my supplier.
  13. You can find glow in the dark glitter here. http://www.bulkglitters.com/fine-glitter-fluorescent-bulk-glow-in-the-dark/
  14. I see in the photos on your web site that you have an orange octagon glitter. Where did you get that from?
  15. Where are you getting your glitter from if you don't mind me asking.
  16. I use this in my small Lee pots. Would work great for mixing in a glass cup.
  17. It looks like silk with a touch of white for the bottom and a silk with .040 silver hologram...and maybe a drop or 2 of GP for the top.
  18. On the safety side. If you choose to use glass in a micro....wouldn't recommend using a screw driver to stir with, something softer or something with less mass would be much safer. And cant express enough about proper ventilation also. As easy and simple as this all can be....it is still very dangerous and HAS many health risks. Be safe and enjoy the fun of this hobby. Thanks for the video...great comparison of implementing the two types of media.
  19. I don't really like the runner design and bait orientation...but its still a very usable mold. I have a buddy that has this mold and it was extremely difficult to get baits that didn't dent and it was not very laminating friendly....those little air pockets??? didn't have that issue at all. My concern is seeing such fine looking voids. Is you plastic foaming at all? almost seems like you are having small air bubbles in you plastic that are rising to the surface within the mold.
  20. Here are the photo's of my K sensor mounting for the PID's and the heated ball valve on my Gravity feed unit. Been getting many requests for info on these units....I will try and post most of what I have for you guys. Thanks T
  21. Stainless would be Sweet!!! Been afraid to even ask for a quote from someone to make them in stainless. $100 to get 3 pots Eplated is not too bad of a price..... Hopefully they won't peal over time.
