Greg:
Start making your molds now. Also decide how you are going to melt your plastic and get those supplies together. I would look for the small measuring spoons at Wally World as well. They have ones that say pinch, dash and smidgen. Very good for glitter additions. I suggest starting out with less flake and adding more if need. Red goes a long way!
Look to the suppliers for your plastic, glitter (small, medium) and colorants, scent, etc and get that order rolling. I would start with a super soft formula from a supplier since you are going to add salt. Salt will firm your bait up well.
As for the recipe, I have never used those particular baits but would guess (as you would) that you are going to need some watermelon colorant. You may need some brown or amber brown to darken the color but might not. All depends on the Netbait color. Basically, you can just start adding drops (like 2 drops per 4oz of plastic) and check the color out. Be sure to hold it up to the light to get a good perspective. Salt filled baits require more colorant so be sure to have added your salt prior to getting your recipe down.
Also be sure to keep good notes or else you will forget your recipe quick.
Good luck, have fun and search around on TU. You will find most of your answers here!!!
