Thanks for all the great info guys. I too think that the "novels" are great. But I am the kind of jerk that read the directions before trying to put my kids toys together at 1am christmas eve.

Once again thanks for the help guys. I think I will just stick with the hand pouring. It seems to be going ok now that I figured it out.

Can I take it that all of you guys use Lee Production Pots? How do you like them? One last question can you pour right to the mold with at least minimal problems? Thanks

Ok spent a late night playing with my new mold. I was pouring from a 4 cup pyrex cup. I seemed to have a problem with air bubbles trapped in the stick baits. Anyone have any hints on how to avoid this. It really sucks to have to remelt 1/2 of the messed up baits. Thanks again for everyones help so far.

First can I use just plain old table salt? Second if not what are my options? Thanks for all the help guys.
